9.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Owner regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
10. Waiver:
10.1. The failure of the Owner to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
